Election of Officers
Fall 2024
To fill 2025-2026 Terms for President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer
On July 19, 2024 the Club's Executive Board approved the following plan for the election of officers:
Nominating Committee
Nominating Process
Nominations will opened on July 23rd and the Committee members will present to the membership the nominated members and offices
They will rule on the nominees' eligibility and willingness to serve if elected. Nominations closed on September 15th. We are doing an online vote this year and the link is found in the election notification email.
The current officers are:
Elgibility to Hold Office
An officer must be a member in good standing of the Jack Russell Terrier Club of America and the Southwest Jack Russell Terrier Network. They must not belong to any conflicting Jack Russell Terrier organization. They must own at least one Jack Russell Terrier. Memberships must be brought current no later than September 10, 2024
Eligibility to Vote
To vote you must be a member in good standing of the Southwest Jack Russell Terrier Network. Dues for 2024 must be paid no later than September 10, 2024. You may check your membership status in your profile on this website. Members in good standing will have a renewal date of January 1, 2025. Voting Period
On October 8th, on line ballots will be available with voting instructions. The voting period will open. October 9th and October 18th will be the last day for voting. Results will be announced on this site and via email to members on November 3rd.
